"TL;DR - We've purchased properties before and the experience we had with previous realtors and our journey with the Red Sash Group aren't even comparable. The communication and transparency with them is unmatched, and you won't find better for Tampa Bay. We were simply blown away by how amazing the experience was with Sunny and Mike. We moved from far away to Tampa back in 2024. We had talked to multiple realtors in the area before but they didn't instill much confidence in us. The move was scarier for us because we were both very busy with our careers and didn't have much time to spare when it came to visiting Tampa and looking around ourselves. We found Sunny and Mike through mutual connections and from the very first phone call we knew we found the right ones. From the first second, they were razor quick to the point and truly listened to what we needed, were ideally looking for, our financial situation, etc. Due to knowing the Tampa Bay area like the back of their hands, we were given up to date lists on houses that are or were about to be hitting the market pretty much on a daily basis. When we were interested in a particular house, they were on the phone with the seller almost immediately. Since we weren't in the area, Sunny and Mike always had to go look at the property for themselves if it started to look more serious. One thing that every interested party should pay attention to when reading this is that what sets Sunny and Mike apart from the rest is that they are the first to tell you what is NOT good about a property, what RISKS it might have, and if they get bad vibes in general about the seller. We greatly appreciated these crucial details because things always look shinier and prettier when all you have access to is what the seller WANTS you to see on Zillow. Once we landed on our final choice for the property, they were again straight to the point with all the paperwork and taught us what we should pay attention to. We got a bit of a fixer upper because we found a diamond in the rough that just needed a bit of love, and they immediately connected us to trustworthy cleaners and contractors that could help us bring back the house to life. A year later from this experience, we are extremely happy with our choice still and have absolutely fell in love with Tampa / the area in general. We know we won't be in this house forever as the family grows, but we do know that we're where we belong and Sunny and Mike will to no surprise be the first to know when we start looking around again. Everything was quick, and easy going for the most part. We had one hiccup after the first few offers, and Red Sash rushed in and helped get everything back on track.
